What the Client Proof Pack includes
- One web case study: 800–1,200 words explaining the customer’s problem, your approach, the supported outcome and a next step.
- One sales one-pager: concise, PDF-ready copy and layout for proposals and follow-up conversations.
- Five text-only LinkedIn posts: distinct angles on the same customer story.
- Ten short quote or proof snippets: reusable evidence for your website, proposals and pitch decks. Customer quotations need permission.
- One consolidated revision round: factual corrections and reasonable copy edits within the agreed brief.
Explore the fictional B2B technology sample to see the writing style and selected pack formats. Web development, printing, media buying, customer-permission management and publication are excluded unless expressly added to the order form.
Smaller projects and bespoke work
If you need only part of the pack, James can quote for a reduced scope. Multiple stories, extra content, website proof or broader repurposing can receive a custom scope and fixed quote. A smaller budget means agreeing less work; it does not discount the same founding package.
Custom scope, price and timing are agreed in the order form before work starts. The approval-before-payment arrangement remains: protected review first, written approval before the agreed fee is due, and final files after cleared payment.
Discuss a custom project →From source material to a protected review copy
- Agree the brief. Choose one featured project, the audience, the deliverables and an authorised reviewer. Confirm what evidence can be shared and which names, logos, results and quotes may be published.
- Supply the evidence. Provide a completed brief and detailed project notes, a useful transcript or access to an agreed 45-minute interview. Claims must be supported by your source material; Case Proof Studio does not independently audit client-supplied data.
- Write and check the pack. The case study and supporting assets are built from that evidence. The five-working-day delivery period for private review starts on the next working day after receipt of the accepted order form, completed brief, usable source material and access to the agreed interviewee. Client delays move the delivery date.
- Review the facts and wording. You receive a watermarked, flattened or access-controlled Review Copy for private evaluation. Your authorised reviewer remains responsible for final factual, regulatory and brand approval.
A customer can be anonymised where your agreement permits it. Anonymity does not replace the need for permission or allow an implied endorsement.

Revision and approval
Send one consolidated set of feedback within five working days of receiving the initial Review Copy. The included round covers factual corrections and reasonable copy edits, returned within two working days. A different featured project, audience, format or strategic direction is a scope change and is quoted separately.
After the revised Review Copy arrives, you have five working days to approve or decline it in writing. Silence or a missed deadline is not approval and does not create a payment obligation; the project may instead be closed and review access withdrawn.
Exactly when payment becomes due
- No deposit or advance fee. The protected Review Copy is for private evaluation and feedback, with no right to publish, distribute or use it commercially.
- Written approval triggers the fee. Only when your authorised reviewer expressly approves the revised Review Copy in writing does the agreed fee become due. An invoice is then issued, payable within seven calendar days.
- Cleared payment releases the final work. Clean, editable and publishable Final Deliverables and any agreed intellectual-property assignment are withheld until payment has cleared.
- If you decline, no fee is due. You receive no final files or right to use the Review Copy. Any non-cancellable third-party cost is your responsibility only if the order form expressly identified it and you approved it in advance.
These details summarise the service terms. Each project requires an accepted order form, which prevails if there is a conflict.
Confidentiality and permissions
Confidentiality boundaries are agreed before drafting. Source files are access-controlled and retained for the agreed period. Identifiable confidential project material is not submitted to an assisted drafting provider unless the signed order form names the provider and you authorise its use in writing.
You are responsible for permission to share source material and publish customer names, logos, quotes and claims. Case Proof Studio may display final work in its portfolio only with your written permission. Read the privacy notice and service terms for the full commitments.
